I was treated with care and respect and effieciency from the first phone call to make the appointment to the cunsultation with mr abdu. Follow up call was just as good.

the one thing I would like to see improved is the appointment letter to patients. Id like it to be more clear that although the letter may be given the name of the person youll be seeing you may actually see someone else. It might help to include what the appointment is about. this could have been made clearer in my experience.

keep patients informed of tardiness of appointments. Went first for appointment and appointment was 40 mins late. I feel there should be an explanation. Was not happy to wait 40 mins with no explanation for tardiness
